XML and many other markup languages are undefined for instances like these where no end tag exists, some programs just make a guess when this happens and others have no implemented way of handeling this and therefore crashes. This tag is not needed so removing it maybe fixes it( link for SubModule.xml, replace original with this if you dont feel comfortable editing ). I stripped all I think I can from the Submodule.xml that you can try, might do jack s*** but maybe: ĮDIT: Maybe found the issue, in SubModule.xml there is an opening tag at the bottom but no closing tag to match it(). I think its something to do with either SubModule.xml or GUI/Brushes/Namplates.xml. Those logs where very nondescriptive so I assume it is something very fundamental going wrong.
